We have been on Island for twenty days now and are settling nicely. Our container arrived two days after we did cutting our play time short. Oh well we will have plenty of time to play in the future. Most of our days have been busy with buying furniture for our condo, moving it in and setting it up. Lots of shopping and more shopping. We've made four trips to the other side of the island for various things. Most of the Big Box stores such as Home depot, Target and Costco are an hours drive from here. We plan on keeping our shopping trips down to once a month.....hehehe yea right.
Charlie's truck arrived ahead of schedule which helped out immensely. Turning the rental car in early was a great relief to us. Because we saved money and we no longer had to worry about breaking down. You see, we rented from a company called Maui Cruisers. It's a privately own car rental company specializing in low rent on local looking cars. We didn't want to look like tourist and with the car we got, no one would. LOL
