Chico News and Review has asked local artists to paint their newspaper stands as a community art event and are putting them on display for everyone to see. The Chico News & Review is turning Chico᾿s streets into canvasses for public art. Seven of my students well be doing one as a group project. This project was finished on 1-11-11
