Starting this past June 2010, I began holding a monthly raffle for my students. Each time a student, kids and adults, comes to class I (or they) put their name into a basket. On the last day of the month I draw out a name. That student then gets to pick one of three small paintings I've chosen for that month. Each month there will be three different paintings to chose from. The non-winning raffle tickets will then go into a big jar. At the end of the year I will draw a name out of that jar for one of my fine art oil paintings.
