Now that's easier said then done. Slowing down is not what I do well. Even as a child my mom would complain that I was always in a hurry. Breaking a bone or getting sick were about the only things that would slow me down.

This past week I had help in the "slowing down" department, I came down with pneumonia. I did what the Doctor ordered and stayed in bed for two days. It's been years since I slept that many hours. Now I'm ready to get going again but the body is not acting as fast as it once did.  It's not that I'm in a hurry or anything I just want to be ready for my students this week.
